Our target is to find the best fit between the producer on one side and the seller on the other. When starting a project with the seller, we analyse his requirements and cross-check (benchmark) with the known manufacturers to us and identify the best possible business partner for such project. Relevant criteria in such analysis, among others, can be: production capacities, batch sizes, currently used methods of analysis, existing product specifications, used API suppliers, certifications granted, scope of quality management system, quality assurance and regulatory support infrastructure, project management style, product development resources, production cost position, supply chain support.

Similar analysis is being made when searching new distributors for a producer´s product.
